The founder and technical leader of our company is Dr. Zhao Kai. Dr. Zhao Kai graduated from the University of Stuttgart in Germany and obtained a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart in 1996.

The University of Stuttgart was founded in 1829 and is located in Stuttgart, the capital of the state of Baden-W ü rttemberg in Germany. It is a higher education institution in the state of Baden-W ü rttemberg and is not only one of the top national technical universities in Germany, but also a world-renowned technical university in the field of engineering and technology. It is one of the oldest technical universities in Germany, a member of the TU9 alliance of nine top engineering universities in Germany, one of the six universities in Germany in the PEGASUS European Aerospace University Cooperation Alliance, one of the eight universities in Germany in the T.I.M.E. European Top Industrial Management University Alliance, and one of the eight universities in Germany in the CESAER European Higher Engineering Education and Research University Conference Alliance. The life trajectory of Dr. Zhao Kai, the founder and technology leader of the company:

Dr. Zhao Kai graduated from graduate school in China with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1988, he went to Germany to conduct research on the friction and wear mechanism of automotive engines. I started studying at the University of Stuttgart in Germany at the end of 1989, completed my second master's thesis in 1991, and obtained a doctoral degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Stuttgart in 1996.

In the same year, he moved to Canada and worked for Magna International Group, a Fortune 500 company, leading a fatigue damage testing and fatigue life prediction laboratory for gears and mechanical parts. In 2000, a headhunter recommended me to work in Detroit, an automobile city in the United States. First served as Chief Engineer at SMC Detroit R&D Center, and later as Chief Mechanical Engineer at Rockwell Collins in Los Angeles. Engaged in research and development of automatic assembly lines, gear transmissions for various equipment, drive units, and various "actuators". During this period, various types of gear transmission mechanisms and cam linkage mechanisms were developed. We have achieved many mechanical transmission goals that initially seemed impossible, overcome one transmission technology challenge after another, and made each dream transmission goal a reality.

I have been working in the United States for ten years. In 2010, I was recommended by a headhunter and moved to Hong Kong to work for a giant multinational automotive parts company. I worked as the engineering director in the R&D department of the automotive business unit and continued to research various actuators and gear drive mechanisms, developing various internal drive units for automobiles. I came to Shanghai in 2017 and switched to the research and development of gear drive mechanisms for robot joints. Now, I have created my own company and hope to cooperate with more industry friends, support each other, and create a better future together.
